All of our meal products are custom-made, organic, and perishable — designed specifically for your pet’s nutrition needs.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or shipped meal products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, we will make it right.

🐶 2. REPLACEMENTS & STORE CREDITS
You may be eligible for a replacement meal or store credit if:

🧢 3. NON-FOOD RETURNS (Merch, Apparel, Accessories)
We gladly accept returns on non-food products that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
