Cancellation Policy
🐾 H&C Exotic Bully Empire Booking Policy Where Luxury Meets Loyalty At H&C Exotic Bully Empire, every client experience is personal, premium, and protected. To ensure the highest level of professionalism, care, and fairness for all our clients, please review our Booking Policy before confirming your appointment or reservation. 1. Secure Your Spot with Confidence All bookings—whether for puppy reservations, stud services, training, grooming, pet transportation, or consultations—require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit guarantees your reserved time and ensures that our team and resources are dedicated exclusively to you and your Frenchie. Deposits are applied toward your total balance. Balances must be paid in full at least 24 hours before service or pick-up (unless otherwise stated). Failure to submit your balance may result in cancellation without refund. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule once without penalty, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled service or pick-up will forfeit your deposit. No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable. For clients with emergencies or special situations, we review each case individually — because at H&C, we care about more than business; we care about family. 3. Puppy Reservations When reserving a puppy, a non-refundable deposit officially holds your chosen Frenchie until pickup or delivery. Once a puppy is marked “reserved,” it is removed from public listings. Final payments must be made before pickup, delivery, or transport. All puppies are health-checked, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to release. 4. Appointment Arrival Please arrive on time for your scheduled service or meet-and-greet. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a reduced service duration to honor other clients’ bookings. 5. Refunds & Adjustments Because each booking secures specific time, care, and preparation, all deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment must be adjusted due to H&C scheduling or unforeseen issues, clients will receive priority rescheduling or a full transfer credit toward a future booking. 6.
